Elena V. Rovenko

Graduated from the Department of Music Theory and History of Academic Music College at Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory (2005, with honors), Department of Music Theory and History of Moscow Conservatory (2010, with honors). In 2010– 2012 — a postgraduate student of Moscow Conservatory. Ph.D. (2013; thesis: New Epochal Mindset at the Turn of 19th–20th Centuries in French Philosophy (H. Bergson) and Art (C. Debussy, O. Redon), scientific advisor — Full Prof. K. V. Zenkin). Taught at Academic Music College of Moscow Conservatory (2006–2011). From 2010 to the present works at the Research Center for Methodology of Historical Musicology at the Foreign Music History Subdepartment of Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, since 2017 — Senior Research Fellow. From 2011 to the present she has been teaching at the Foreign Music History Subdepartment of Moscow Conservatory, since 2016 — Associate Professor.
