Biography
Born in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory (the Music Theory and History department, 1992). Completed postgraduate education at the Conservatory (1995, scientific advisor Prof. E. G. Sorokina). Ph.D. thesis The Russian Piano Culture of Glinka’s Era. Doctor of Fine Arts (2012), the dissertation: The Musical Life of Moscow in the 19th Century and Its Reflection in Piano Concert Practice.
Associate Professor of Music History, Schnittke Moscow State Music Institute.
The Senior Researcher at the Moscow Conservatory Publishing.
