Julia V. Mikheeva

In 1989 graduated from the Department of Choral Conducting of State Gnessins Musical College, and in 1996— from the Department of Philosophy of Moscow State Lomonosov University (Subdepartment of Aesthetics). Ph.D. (1999); thesis: The Problem of Tragic in the 20^th-Century Russian Music (As Exemplified in Works by D.Shostakovich and A.Schnittke). Since 2005 she has been working at the Research Institute of Motion Picture Art (since 2011— the Research Institute of Motion Picture Art of the Gerasimov All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography), since 2008— the Head of the Department of Interdisciplinary Researches of Motion Picture Art. Doctor of Fine Arts (2016); thesis: Classification of Audiovisual Solutions in Cinematography (Based on the Material of Feature Films of the 1950s — 2010s).
